
CHUCK HIGGINS
Chuck Higgins has over 30 years' experience in the sale and distribution of food
ingredients. Chuck spent his early years in the business as a salesman for several full-line ingredient distributors, including J.M. Swank Company, Feaster Foods, and LSI Specialty Products. Chuck was the Colorado Sales Manager for J. M. Swank during the early 1980’s, before being transferred to Iowa to become Swank's Vice President and Director of National Sales and Marketing.
In 1992, Chuck established his own company, Allied Commodities, and he has been
involved full-time since then as an Independent Sales Agent, representing a wide variety of suppliers of ingredients and finished products to the food industry. In his 30-plus years in the industry, Chuck has gained a wealth of product knowledge, as well as expertise in all aspects of ingredient distribution.
Chuck works closely with suppliers and customers to meet their diverse and changing needs and requirements. His expertise includes warehousing of food products and transporting products in both truckload and less-than-truckload quantities. He works with regional warehouses and with truck and rail services on a daily basis, and is skilled in coordinating these services. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.

SHERYL GAMBLE
Sheryl Gamble joined Allied Commodities in 2002. Sheryl provides sales and customer service support for Allied Commodities, as well as office management and record-keeping.
Sheryl has over twenty years experience in business administration. Her work history includes sales, office management, bookkeeping, legal assistance, advertising and public relations. In addition, she has over six years experience in restaurant, catering and food service management. She has experience in designing and maintaining databases of all types, including inventory, equipment, customer contacts, purchasing, productivity tracking and financial reporting.
Sheryl is passionate about customer service and aims to respond to any and all customer concerns promptly and to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
Sheryl is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois.
